Our RSVP deadline is Sunday, February 16, 2025.

Our wedding ceremony and events will take place on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Deep in the Heart Farms in Brenham, TX. For the venue address and event timeline, please see the Home page.

Due to the location of our venue, all guests will need to plan ahead for travel. We strongly encourage guests to reserve lodging as soon as possible, even before receiving your invitation/RSVP. A dedicated section of our website provides travel details, including recommended hotels and links to Airbnb/Vrbo.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time for signing our guest book and finding your seat. We appreciate your help in ensuring a timely start!

We’re not enforcing a strict dress code, but we encourage all guests to dress comfortably and presentably. Jeans are perfectly fine, but please skip shorts, tank tops, and overly casual attire. Lastly, we kindly ask that ladies avoid wearing white.

Due to venue capacity and our guest list, we ask that each invitee adhere to what is listed on your invitation and when you RSVP. The RSVP process will specify who we’re accounting for on your behalf. Thank you for your understanding!

To ensure we have enough space and accommodations, we will specify how many guests you can bring on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, we’re excited to offer an open bar; featuring select beer, wine, and cocktail options. For those who wish to order drinks outside of the open bar offerings, a cash bar will be available. Please remember to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation to and from the venue. Please be sure to plan ahead, especially if you plan on drinking, and consider using a ride-sharing service or a designated driver.
